Autonomy’s Mike Lynch to launch UK tech startup fund
Fred Wilson argued here that the evolution of startup hubs can be measured in “cycles” – the number of times that a mega-startup has been founded, grown, and exited, and therefore has led to a new batch of angel investors appearing on the scene, ready to seed the next generation of startups.
Autonomy sold for £6.6b. Here’s to hoping the many millionaires it must have made are also investing their money in bright new startups in the UK.
